A MAN WITHOUT A VISION

A man without a vision is a man without a dream,

And a man without a dream is like a willow floating on a stream.

He doesnít know which way is up, his mind has closed the door.

Heís like a piece of driftwood that is rotting on some lonely shore.

A blind man can feel you,

He doesnít need his eyes to see.

But with it is his due?

Aware, awake is all he wants to be.

A man without a visionís like a ship thatís lost at sea,

A bottle drifting aimlessly just searching for a place to be.

If we could have a vision on how clear it is to see

That we could walk together, yes, and we could share a common destiny.

A man without a vision is a man without a dream,

And man without a dream is like a willow floating on a stream.
